Using the career site Glassdoor.com, Deseret News has compiled the top 57 companies in Utah.

There has been a cataclysmic shift in how companies deal with employee engagement.

Deseret News has compiled the top 59 companies in Utah to work for. The list includes the top 59 companies on Glassdoor.com that have at least 20 reviews and are headquartered in Utah.

After using Glassdoor’s “overall company ranking,” the companies were ordered by using an average of employee ratings on Glassdoor.com about company culture, work-life balance, benefits, opportunities and management. Any identical averages were then ranked according to the number of reviews received.

All stats are taken from employee feedback on Glassdoor.com, including the “most common salary,” which is the average pay for the most common position listed on Glassdoor. Almost half of the companies are headquartered in Utah.

It’s been more than two years since our last live event that brought like-minded students from around the globe to spend time together in Utah learning, growing, and networking. That experience was remarkable, and created incredible demand from those that attended (and others that later heard about it) to plan another.

This experience took place on August 7th through 10th, 2014.
