Before becoming a successful real estate investor and educator, I spent long hours on self education and learning hard lessons from each failure, without the cash flow to justify it.. I remember back when I had closed my first deal, it took me 13 months to get just one $1500 check when I was still living in the projects!
I didn't have a smooth ride into entrepreneurship. But what I learned from my years of experience was that building my own dream REI business was NOT at odds with helping others achieve theirs.
Why?
I have always believed that success comes to those that continue educating themselves. (regardless of whether or not you learn through a formal educational institution.)
