SALT LAKE CITY – Aaron Peterson, President and Founder of Achieve Today, has named Joshua Christopherson as chief executive officer and partner, effective October 1st, 2019.

​

“Following a rigorous search, it was apparent to the Board and Mr. Peterson that Josh has a deep understanding of and commitment to our company’s 18-year heritage, values and culture,” said Peterson. “For almost two decades, he has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities as the head of several of our departments, leading operational and business functions, and prioritizing the customer experience and sales development. Josh will be responsible for the overall design and execution of our long- and short-term business strategies and has articulated a strong vision to ensure we continue to be the best place in town to work and to do business.”

Josh will be leaving his post as Chief Revenue Officer for Achieve Today, a position he’s held since 2018. As CEO, Josh will remain actively involved with sales operations and continue to lead the development team in charge of Achieve Today’s LXP (Learning Experience Platform). During his tenure as CRO, Josh was also responsible for the Achieve Today sales teams, the marketing team, the digital strategy, content, and direction of the business. Since joining the organization in 2001, he held a variety of progressive leadership roles, including executive vice president of sales and marketing, where he oversaw front end and back end sales. He also developed a merger and acquisition strategy for Achieve Today.

Prior to joining the company, Christopherson was a pilot and participated in the Angel Flight program. He has been married to his amazing wife for 17 years. He has two little boys and a girl. He loves everything aviation and has been a pilot for many years.
