As CEO of Achieve Today, Josh Christopherson leads one of the largest coaching fulfillment companies in the industry, delivering over 1,400 one-on-one coaching sessions every week for some of the world’s top brands and companies. “Our specialty is helping businesses scale their coaching programs efficiently, reducing operational costs while increasing customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.”

With more than 25 years of experience in skill development and EdTech, Josh built multiple companies and large sales teams that have sold personalized education to over 150,000 students in 72 countries and growing to over $80MM/yr in revenue. He led the acquisition of Medallion Training in 2019 and expanded the new company's digital offerings across the brand. Alongside Achieve Today, he founded iCÜE Technology, an AI-powered learning platform that helps organizations deliver world-class content and coaching at scale for their brands.
