The traditional real estate process—with its months of preparation, showings, and uncertainty—was delaying critical care decisions. Meanwhile, senior living communities had empty beds and families were stuck in crisis mode.
Mom's House started as a local solution, buying homes as-is to help families move forward quickly. But we realized we couldn't serve every family ourselves. So we created the Mom's House Certification Program to train ethical professionals nationwide who could serve their own communities with the same compassion and expertise.
Today, Mom's House certified specialists help hundreds of families each year transition into senior care with dignity, speed, and peace of mind.
